Work closely with the internal team to assess the feasibility of bringing artwork to the exhibition space
Coordinate with the internal team to plan, prepare, produce, fabricate, construct, and test the installations and operation of the artwork
Ensure all packing and shipping are completed successfully
Coordinate with the curator and venue to plan, prepare, and implement all specific requirements prior to the team’s arrival at the venue
Maintain effective communication with the team and stakeholders
Prepare all required documentation, including but not limited to shipping lists, briefing materials, visa approval documents, etc.
Collaborate with other on-site staff to achieve strong results
Adjust the artwork or space environment to ensure the installation is tidy, aesthetically pleasing, and fully functional
Ensure the seamless operation of installations
Train on-site staff (if any) on how to operate the artwork
Troubleshoot and address challenges that arise during installation and exhibition periods
Coordinate the deinstallation of artwork after exhibitions and manage the storage or transportation of materials
Evaluate, improve, and iterate on the installation and operation of artworks

Bachelor's degree in Interior Architecture / Interior Design / Architecture / Exhibition and Experience Design is a plus
Knowledge in lighting is a plus
Knowledge of languages other than English is a plus
